2026 RATES

  • Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun): $195 / night for up to 2 guests
    • + $40 / night for each additional adult
    • + $20 / night for each additional child (over 2 years old)
  • Weekdays (Mon-Thurs): $145 / night for up to 2 guests
    • + $40 / night for each additional adult
    • + $20 / night for each additional child (over 2 years old)
  • Weekly Rate:
    • Contact us for a discount if you stay 7+ nights!
  • Children: under 2 years old stay free!
  • Pets: are allowed upon approval. Additional $25 / night per pet.
  • Tax: An additional 14% TOT Tax (Marin County hospitality tax) is charged on the total of every reservation.
  • Cleaning Fee: $185 (flat rate after each stay)

Check-in / Check-out:

  • Self check-in with lockbox
  • Check-in: after 3pm
  • Check-out: noon

Payment

50% due upon reservation. The remainder is due 14 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation / Changes

Payment is fully refundable if cancelled more than 14 days ahead of stay. Payment is non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days ahead of check-in date, but the payment can be credited towards a future stay within 6 months of the original reservation date.
