  • Office: Built-in Twin Bed (room also has a desk and office chair)

BATHROOMS:

  • One full bathroom w/tub and shower
  • One half bath that is ensuite to the office
  • Outdoor shower

AMENITIES:

  • Kitchen: Electric stove, two wall ovens, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, electric tea kettle, coffee maker, coffee grinder.
  • Living room: fireplace, TV with Roku
  • Charcoal Grill
  • 2 private decks
  • Shared patio (with tenant who lives in a detached studio)
  • Free parking on premises (for up to 4 cars)

HOUSE RULES:

  • Check-in: after 3pm
  • Check-out: noon
  • Self check-in with lockbox
  • No smoking
  • Pets allowed upon approval for an additional fee.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • As of summer 2025, we are now providing sheets for guests!
  • Guests are required to bring their own towels.
  • Please conserve water!! Our water supply comes from a shared spring, and we will run out of water if we are not mindful.
  • Additional house instructions to be shared upon reservation confirmation.
